Lapty does not promise that all network activity is completely anonymous. Customers should not use Lapty Services with the expectation that illegal activity or activity subject to lawful investigation will remain anonymous.

13. Account Deletion

You may request closure of your Lapty account. Upon account deletion, Lapty may delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required.

Some information may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, financial records, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of contractual obligations.

14. Children's Privacy

Lapty Services are not intended for individuals who are legally unable to enter into the relevant agreement. Lapty does not knowingly collect children's personal data except where permitted and handled in accordance with applicable law.

15. Security and Abuse Investigations

To protect our infrastructure and users, Lapty may investigate suspicious activity. This may involve reviewing relevant account information, service logs, IP information and other technical information reasonably necessary to investigate the incident.
